As I mentioned a lot I have had a sleep problem.
I can't sleep well. 3 to 4 days a week I am awaked until 5 A.M.
I even don't do anything I don't check the time, I don't check the phone. Just close my eyes and feel my pillow getting hotter and hotter. Then I turn around to cooldown my backhead. I can't fall a sleep side position. I only can sleep standard position. And my brain think all kind of things. What if someone enter my house now how can I defend my self Should I punch him? or is it OK to use a stick? Is it illigal? or ligal selfdefence? then think about the self defence why the selfdefence is hard to prove in Korea. How can I protect myself? The society is not alright. They need something to change. How can I change the society? Can I do that? No, I need money and for money I have to work. Work? Shit I have to sleep at reast I need a rest My brain need to take a break I don't want to think anything. How can I stop thinking? Let focus my self and start meditation body scanning. Yes, I am going to start to breath control. Gentely inhale 3 second and exhale 7 second. My body getting relaxed and cozy. do this 4 more times. Imagine I am in the wild, I am ling on the beach It's Miami beach the gentle breez is coming and the send is very soft even the wave is warm and calm. Yeah Miami was really nice. If I have a chance I'd love to go again. shit I don't have a people who goes with me. No I'm almost 40. I have to find somebody. Where can I find and how? At this Time I can hear the truck noise from the out side. Hell no. It's 4 a.m. I have to sleep I only have 3 hours I have to sleep Let try to think dark. There's nothing nothing in the whole world. Then I can see a lots of face in the dark. I already close my eyes but when I move my eyebowl there are another faces. And I can here the sound of BUS. IT'S TOO LATE TO SLEEP. I just close my eye until the alram ringing. And I go to work like a walking dead and get a sleep at luch break passing the meal. And that night I'm really tired but this cycle runs onemore day. To remove my sleep anxiety I need to block the noise. I put a blind and dark certen to block the light but I can't block the noise.
